An AI exit interview is a short, spoken conversation a customer has at the moment they cancel. Instead of clicking a reason from a list, they say why they’re leaving in their own words. AI transcribes the answer, detects sentiment and the underlying reason, and hands you a structured insight - without you sitting in on a single call.

Why this is different from a survey

A traditional exit survey optimizes for your convenience: it’s easy to tally a dropdown.
